All sales are final once an item is purchased, unless a received item is damaged or incorrect.
We have a 10-day return policy for received items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Customers that receive damaged or incorrect items must request and return those items within 10 calendar days. Fab-Hut will pay the return shipping costs if the customer received an incorrect or damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. You must show clear timestamped (photos and videos) proof of the damaged item, including outer packaging. You’ll also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
